- Monitoring and controlling
- Completion and closing
This stage determines the nature and scope of the project. It is a stage of utmost importance as, if it is not performed well, it is unlikely that the project would be meeting its business needs. The initiation stage includes a plan that encompasses the area like Project proposal, Project Scope, Work Breakdown Structure and SWOT analysis.
Planning and Design
Project needs a plan to an appropriate level of detail. Stages involves planning time, cost and resources adequately to estimate the work needed and manage the risks involved. In this stage we determine the project management methodology, approach towards developing the scope statement, selection of the planning team and risk planning.
Production and Execution
While production, we keep in mind all the planned terms that need to be executed. This implementation phase ensures that the project management plan’s deliverables are executed as per the plan charted out. It ia a highly crucial phase that involves proper allocation, coordination and management including materials and management.
Monitoring and Controlling
This phase consists of those processes performed to observe project execution so that potential problems can be identified in a timely manner and corrective action can be taken, when necessary, to control the execution of the project. The key benefit is that project performance is observed and measured regularly to identify variances from the project management plan.
This is the formal acceptance of the proposal. This also includes Contract Closure and Project Closure. Post implementation review is also included in this phase. With our PMaaS, you will achieve the following strategic objectives:
